Two Perfect-for-Christmas Mocktail recipes

Two glorious mocktail recipes made with Harrogate Spring Water and Bax Botanics mixed by my own fair hands at Grantley Hall.

The Floradora

Perfect when hosting mindful drinkers this Christmas. All the recipe details below…

So much fun mixing these!



  • 50ml Bax Botanical Verbena
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger chopped
  • 2 Fresh raspberries
  • 15ml Sugar syrup
  • 10ml Aquafaba / Egg white
  • 15ml Fresh lime juice
  • Apx 50ml Harrogate Sparking Water

Technique & Serve

Technique: Muddle the ginger and raspberries in the bottom of the shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients apart from the sparkling water, shake well with ice, double strain and top with sparkling water.


Garnish with your favourite festive

Ramos Angel


  • 50ml Bax Botanics Sea Buckthorn
  • 20ml Sugar syrup
  • 30ml Double cream
  • 7.5ml fresh lemon juice
  • 7.5ml Fresh lime juice
  • 15ml Aquafaba
  • 4 drops orange blossom water
  • 60ml Harrogate Sparkling Water

Technique & Serve

Add all the ingredients to the shaker apart from the sparkling water. Shake very well for 30 seconds, strain into a glass and top with sparkling water.


Edible glitter or festive decoration.
