ASDA got in touch recently to share their #asdaveghereos campaign which is all about trying to encourage the Smalls to eat more veggies – which can only be good for everybody!

We were sent some recipe cards which included some fun and easy recipes designed to introduce more vegetables into your meals and achieve those five a day goals.
Roasted Vegetable Quesadillas
The Small Boy and I selected the Veggie Quesadillas and I was impressed to see what good value the ingredients came to when shopping in ASDA with the vegetables around 50p – 80p each! Bargain!
