Summer Wreath Making at 63rd+1st

I had loads of fun visiting 63rd+1st last week to create this beautiful summer floral wreath.
We were welcomed with a cocktail, mine was non-alcoholic and tasted amazing, fruity and sharp all at the same time, someone behind the bar was a master of mixology for certain!

Helen James Flowers Floral Wreath

Helen James Flowers were hosting the class and the wreaths were made without plastic, from flowers that will dry out naturally, meaning the wreath will last for yonks!
The session started out by creating ten bundles of small arrangements. We then attached to the willow wreath with wire.
It was straightforward enough to follow but left enough room for creativity so that there was individuality shining through in the different finished wreaths!

63rd+1st Canapes

After we’d finished the wreaths there were tasty canapés to enjoy. The crab cakes were incredible and I’m still thinking about the chocolate espresso martini balls of delight now! Discover more about 63rd+1st.
Best of all, the wreath can now adorn my home for a good time to come!

More coming soon?

Watch out for any other flower arranging sessions they have coming up. I’d defo recommend, it was loads of fun in a gorgeous setting learning something new!
The floral wreath making at 63rd+1st was kindly gifted, the review as always is my own.
