Team Harrogate Mama are very excited about the 2019 UCI Road World Championships coming to Harrogate from Saturday 21st to Sunday 29th September.

Here are five things you can do to keep abreast of all the action, enjoy the fun and keep your day-to-day Harrogate life ticking over…
1 – Download the Yorkshire 2019 App
Download the The Yorkshire 2019 App from the App Store. The App is the best way to stay ahead off all the road closures, race times, race routes, fan zone and events schedule. There is a wealth of information all in one handy place! It will be your friend. If you do nothing else. Do this!
2 – Fun in the FanZone – Jarvis Cocker and The Feeling are Playing
The FanZone is on West Park Stray is FREE to enter and is open throughout the event. Here are the opening time and some of the highlight acts.
There are some restrictions on what you can take into the area (notably no alcohol and no large bags) so it’s worth reading more here.

Sunday 29thSeptember at 11.41 followed by one lap of circuit and a stop. They will leave the course at 12.11.

Harrogate is welcoming the world over the next few weeks so let’s make sure they have a great time. It’s going to be gorgeous to see all nationalities visiting our home town, so let’s embrace it all. Show them what Harrogate has to offer and what lovely people Yorkshire folk are!
